Annually Library Club through the assistance of S.A.F.E offers the Adopt an Angel service project.  The project allows some local children to receive their Santa wish list for Christmas.  This year there was a record 46 angels adopted by various clubs, students, teachers and staff.  The children ages ranged from 3 months to 8 years old.  When talking to the students who participated, they expressed their excitement of shopping for others, knowing that they will make some child happy.  Library Club started Adopt an Angel project in 2004, where there were 12 angels adopted. The club plans to continue to work with S.A.F.E. in continuing this important service project.
